VITAL NLP search results are presented in a longitudinal fashion allowing the user to trace relevant notes along the patient timeline. Each result consists of the number of documents that match the query and the number of documents for the current patient. Users can click on and review notes of any type from any point in the patient timeline. Results also include important information such as patient ID, patient name, patient gender, date of birth, and overall document totals by type.


Saving Cohorts for Future Use

VITAL NLP makes it easy to save patient cohorts for future use with The Save Cohort List function. The saved cohort can be found on the Cohort page, which lists all the available cohorts, their basic information, and the number of patients in each cohort. Administrators can view the cohorts for all users, while other users can only see their cohorts.
