Melax Tech Achieves SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

Houston, TX: Melax Tech, a world leader in biomedical Natural Language Processing (NLP) Technology, announced successfully completing its 2022 independent SOC 2 Type 2 compliance audit covering its clinical machine learning and natural language processing solutions and systems.  This milestone is a significant move for Melax Tech and its commitment to the highest data security and compliance levels.  

SOC 2 is a framework composed of five “trust principles” for assessing the risk and potential improvement opportunities associated with the information security of an organization.  Achieving SOC compliance assures existing and future customers of our commitment to data privacy and the three foundations of security;  confidentiality, integrity, and availability, says Andre Pontin, Chief Executive Officer at Melax Tech.

This news comes in the wake of data privacy and security roadmap initiatives for the company, including:

·  Augmentation of existing data privacy policies and strengthening of associated controls.

· Phased implementation of a DevSecOps Pipeline - (Phase 1 complete)

·  Harmonization of internal information security and cyber security training requirements to ensure that Melax Tech employees, consultants, and contractors are armed with associated best practices.
