About the Role
Plans and executes SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns to attract new sales leads
Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns
Identifies potential conferences to attend both virtual and in person
Create brochures, flyers and other sales collateral as needed
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorms new and creative strategies through digital marketing to generate interest and sales leads
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests, including A/B testing
Collaborates with internal teams and clients to create landing pages to optimize user experience and conversions to sales leads
Collaborates with internal teams including sales, account managers, developers.
Requirements
Experience in paid digital marketing
Experience managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Knowledge of website, SEO, SEM and social media analytics tools including:
Google Ads
Google Analytics (including Tag Manager and Events)
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Familiarity with social ads, especially on LinkedIn
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads
Self-motivated and customer-focused
Curiosity and desire to learn and improve
Excellent writing and communication skills
Education
Majoring in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields.
Should have certifications in some or all of the following:
Google Ads Display
Google Ads Search
Google Ads – Measurement
Google Analytics
